02 · The Mentorship
Wayfinder Mentorship.
Eight weeks of private mentorship for creative people building something that refuses to fit neatly inside somebody else’s framework.
You have ideas.
Probably too many of them.
A business that’s evolving. An offer you keep rewriting. A methodology beginning to reveal itself. A folder full of notes that clearly belong together, even if you can’t quite see how yet.
Maybe you know something needs to change but haven’t found the shape of what comes next.
Maybe the shape is already there and you need someone who can help you build around it.
Either way:
Bring me the pile.
We’ll find the architecture inside it.
What this is.
Wayfinder is eight weeks of 1:1 creative and strategic mentorship built around whatever you’re currently trying to understand, develop, untangle, or bring into form.
There is no fixed curriculum you have to squeeze yourself into.
We work with what’s here.
Your ideas. Your business. Your Human Design. Your intellectual property. Your offers. Your positioning. Your systems. Your technology. The thing you keep circling. The decision you haven’t been able to make. The new direction you can feel taking shape.
My job is to help you see what belongs, what doesn’t, what connects, and what wants to happen next.
Then we start building from there.
What we can work on.
Wayfinder is intentionally broad because businesses and ideas rarely develop one neat category at a time.
You might come in wanting to fix an offer and realize the bigger question is your business model.
You might start with messaging and discover you haven’t fully named the methodology underneath what you do.
You might have an idea for a course and realize it would be far more interesting as an interactive tool.
Here are the kinds of things we can literally sit down and work on together:
Your offers
We can create a new offer, refine one that isn’t selling, rethink your pricing or structure, map an offer suite, or figure out how all the different ways you help people fit together.
Your business model
We can look at what you sell, how people move through your world, where your revenue comes from, what you want to stop doing, what you want to grow, and how to build a business that supports where you’re going next.
Your ideas + intellectual property
We can take the concepts, processes, frameworks, exercises, philosophies, and patterns you’ve developed and turn them into something more defined.
A methodology. A framework. A teaching model. A signature process. A body of intellectual property you can build from.
Your messaging + positioning
We can figure out how to explain what you do, who it’s for, why it matters, what makes your perspective different, and how to talk about an idea that has become too complex for your current language.
That can include your homepage, offer language, brand positioning, bios, sales messaging, or the larger story your business is telling.
Your content
We can develop the ideas you want to be known for, find stronger content themes, connect your content back to your intellectual property, or create a system that makes communicating your ideas easier.
Your client experience
We can map what happens before, during, and after someone works with you.
Intake. Assessments. Sessions. Client resources. Reports. Follow-up. Ongoing support. The tools you use behind the scenes.
And we can look for places where that experience could become smarter, easier, or more valuable.
Your AI + technology
We can figure out where AI belongs in your business — and where it doesn’t.
That might mean improving how you use ChatGPT or Claude, creating custom AI workflows, choosing better tools, simplifying your tech stack, automating something repetitive, or exploring whether one of your ideas should become its own AI tool or app.
Your Human Design
We can bring your design directly into the decisions you’re making about your business, creativity, visibility, capacity, relationships, or direction.
Not as a set of rules.
As another lens for understanding what’s happening while you make the decision.
The thing you can’t put into a category yet
This might be the most Wayfinder part.
You have six ideas that somehow belong together.
You know your business is changing but don’t know what it’s becoming.
You keep circling something you can’t quite name.
You have a document full of thoughts and want to know whether there’s a business, methodology, offer, platform, or completely different idea hiding inside it.
Bring that too.
You don’t have to know what kind of problem it is before we start solving it.
What’s included.
1:1 Wayfinding
We begin with a 90-minute session where we put everything on the table and map the terrain.
Where are you now?
What are you trying to create?
What’s already working?
What keeps snagging?
What has been sitting in your head, Notes app, Notion, Google Drive, voice memos, or fifteen open ChatGPT conversations waiting for someone to make sense of it?
From there, we identify the threads worth following.
Eight weeks of private mentorship
We meet weekly to keep developing what emerges.
Some weeks we may be deep in an offer.
Another week we might be looking at your Human Design and a decision you’re making.
Then suddenly we’re mapping your methodology, reorganizing the business around it, or figuring out whether the thing you keep describing should become an AI tool.
The container follows what you’re building.
Creative + strategic direction
You get my eyes on the ideas themselves and on the structures carrying them.
That can include your offers, messaging, customer experience, business model, intellectual property, content, website direction, systems, or technology.
I’m looking at both the thing and the ecosystem around it.
Human Design when it’s useful
Human Design is available as a lens throughout our time together.
Not because every business decision needs a gate attached to it.
Because sometimes understanding how you make decisions, where pressure is entering the system, or why a particular pattern keeps repeating changes the whole conversation.
We use it when it helps.
AI + systems thinking
If AI, software, automation, or a new digital experience could support what you’re creating, we can explore that too.
Sometimes the answer is a smarter workflow.
Sometimes an existing tool will do exactly what you need.
And sometimes the idea you’re describing wants to become its own tool or application.
We can figure out which one it is.
Between-session support
You’ll have access to me on WhatsApp Monday through Friday for the questions that don’t wait politely for our next call.
Send the idea.
Send the screenshot.
Send the voice note that begins, “Okay, I just had another thought…”
We can keep the thread moving while it’s alive.
What you leave with.
Wayfinder isn’t built around forcing every person toward the same finished deliverables.
What we create depends on what you bring.
But you should leave with something much more valuable than another document full of ideas:
A clearer understanding of what you’re building and a structure capable of carrying it forward.
That may include:
- A developed offer or offer ecosystem
- A clearer business model
- An articulated methodology or body of intellectual property
- Stronger positioning and language for communicating what you do
- A creative direction you can continue building from
- Decisions you’ve stopped postponing
- Simpler systems around the business
- A clearer role for AI or technology
- A roadmap for something larger you’re developing
- Working documents, frameworks, and tools created as we go
- A next direction that makes sense from where you are now
We build what your particular season requires.
Why Wayfinder exists.
I’ve spent twenty years helping people take things that begin as ideas and give them form.
Sometimes that meant visual identities and websites.
Then it became offers, businesses, positioning, creative strategy, and client experiences.
Human Design added another layer: the person creating all of it.
And now AI and software have opened an entirely different set of possibilities for what an idea can become.
Through all of those iterations, my favorite part has remained the same.
The moment someone dumps the entire complicated thing onto the table and says:
“Okay. Here’s what I’m thinking.”
Because usually, somewhere inside the mess, the architecture is already there.
I can see connections quickly.
I can hold a lot of moving pieces without needing to reduce them into a formula.
And I’m comfortable moving between the intuitive question and the practical one:
What keeps pulling at you?
What does the business need?
What are you overlooking?
What belongs together?
What can we build from this?
That’s Wayfinder.

Who this is for.
Wayfinder may be a fit if:
- You’re building or evolving a business, offer, methodology, body of intellectual property, or creative idea
- You have several moving pieces and need someone who can see how they connect
- You’re tired of forcing your ideas through frameworks that strip out everything interesting about them
- You want strategic thinking without separating it from the human making the decisions
- You want space to think out loud with someone who can help you turn those thoughts into structure
- You’re interested in bringing Human Design into the conversation when it serves what you’re navigating
- You’re curious about what AI or technology could make possible around your ideas
- You want an active thought partner, not a course to complete
- You’re willing to make decisions, experiment, build, change your mind, and keep moving
You do not need to arrive with the whole thing figured out.
That would defeat the point.
